The class kicked off with a concentrated focus on breathwork while seated, seamlessly progressing into invigorating full-body stretches. During the livestream, Celine skillfully guided us through a thoughtfully curated sequence of dynamic poses designed to maximize benefits for athletes. The repertoire ranged from time-honored classics such as downward-facing dog and forward fold to fundamental poses like mountain pose, plank, and upward-facing dog, ensuring a varied array of movements throughout the session.
Following a satisfying stretch, we concluded the session in the restorative corpse pose, accompanied by additional breathwork to further enhance relaxation. It was a holistic journey aimed at rejuvenating mind and body!
